We’re making changes to how we manage our spaces to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Based on the Government’s recent announcement, Auckland will move into Alert Level 3 on 21 September 2021 at 11.59pm.
Under Alert Level 3, Coast Town Centre’s supermarket and pharmacies can continue to have customers on their premises. All other retail stores can open for contactless pick-up and delivery, and our restaurants and cafes can open for contactless takeaway. Coast Town Centre stores, restaurants and cafes offering contactless trading will be announced shortly, once confirmed. When planning your visit, please check for current store hours.
When heading out and about at Coast, you’ll notice some changes around how we’re managing our spaces as we do our bit to play it safe. We have implemented additional wayfinding signage at entry/exit points and car parks to ensure effective social distancing in these areas. We have increased the routine cleaning of frequently-touched hard surfaces, including in car parks. Our toilet facilities and kids’ play areas remain closed.
At Alert Level 3, you must wear a face covering when visiting Coast Town Centre. We understand that some people have health conditions that makes wearing a face covering unsuitable. Look after yourself and others by keeping a safe 2 metre distance from others, scanning QR codes with your NZ COVID Tracer app, staying home if you’re felling unwell, and being patient and kind to others.
